Inspection Scheduling

Inspection times are typically Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Inspections can be scheduled, re-scheduled, or canceled online.

Inspection Results

Inspection Results are available online through eTrakit. 

After Hours Inspections

After Hours Inspections must be requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance using the After-Hours Inspection Request form. After hours would be considered outside of normal operating hours Monday through Friday. Weekend inspections are not available. A minimum charge of 2 hours will apply, and are subject to staffing and approval.

Inspection Fees

Permit fees include all standard inspections.  See City Fee Schedule for fees for reinspections due to cancellations, no-shows, failures or After Hours Inspections.

Inspection Requirements

Stamped, approved plans must be on site at the time of inspection. If these plans are not available, the inspection will result in a failure.
