Tualatin Development Commission

The Tualatin Development Commission is the City’s Urban Renewal Agency. The Tualatin Development Commission oversees two active urban renewal districts: the Core Opportunity and Reinvestment Area (CORA) and the Southwest Urban Renewal Area (SWURD).

The Tualatin Development Commission was established by Resolution 71-74 of the Tualatin City Council on September 23, 1974. The authority of Urban Renewal Agencies in the State of Oregon is derived from ORS 457.

Membership
