CIO Grant Program

Each CIO may apply for up to $2,500 in funding every fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) for projects and events that enhance the quality of life in Tualatin. The goal of the grant program is to encourage projects that promote communication and a sense of community, foster civic pride, enhance and beautify Tualatin’s neighborhoods, and expand community involvement in Tualatin.

Grant funding may be spent on the following:

  • Neighborhood Cultural, Social, and Recreational Initiatives
  • Neighborhood Organizing/Organizational Development
  • Neighborhood Physical Improvements
  • Neighborhood Preservation

Grant requests may be submitted at any time of year, but it is highly encouraged that they be submitted prior to May 1. All awarded funds must be spent and all materials must arrive before the end of the fiscal year (June 30).
