Permits

Permit Process

Be sure to connect with the Planning and Building Divisions early—they’re here to help guide you through the first steps of your development process. Depending on your project, additional permits may be required from agencies like Clean Water Services, Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, or the Oregon Health Department. For example, new connections to city utilities such as water, sewer, or stormwater will need a Public Works Permit, and Clean Water Services requires a “Service Provider” letter.
