Historic Landmarks

Tualatin has 22 remaining historic landmarks. of which the Sweek House is the only one on the National Register of Historic Places.  The Tualatin Historical Society also has information about historic landmarks, most of which are scattered throughout the City, and were identified and designated as part of a City-led inventory from 1992 to 1993.

Historic Preservation

Modification, alteration or additions to Tualatin’s historic landmarks is regulated by Chapter 68 of the Tualatin Development Code.
