Signs

Installation of permanent and temporary signs, including banners, is regulated by Chapter 38 of the Tualatin Development Code, and generally requires Sign Design Review by the Planning Division. Specific regulations vary by a property’s zoning designation and by the type of sign (monument, freestanding, on-building, etc.) Some signs may also require a Building Permit.
