Neighborhood & Developer Meetings

Neighborhood/developer meetings are required to be held by developers before they submit certain land use applications. These meetings provide a forum for the developer, area Citizen Involvement Organizations (CIOs), and nearby property owners to informally discuss a proposed development before a land use application is submitted.

Preapplication Meetings

A preapplication (“pre app”) meeting is required for most Type II and higher land use applications, and must be held not more than six months before submittal of an application.
