The updated Fee Schedule was adopted by City Council on August 11, 2025, and is effective August 12, 2025. The Fee Schedule and Resolution #5903-25 (adopting the Fee Schedule) are available for download below.

Building Department Fees

Water Rates & System Development Charges

Additionally, the City’s System Development Charges and the water rates are also updated annually. Please find the current water rates in the table below and below that, the most recent (June 23, 2025) resolution updating the System Development Charges and water rates.

Water Service Charge	$6.94	All Customers
Water Facility Charge	$6.85	Residential Customers only
Sewer Base Fee	$40.92	All Customers; per Dwelling Unit

Road Maintenance Fee	$7.74	Residential Customers; includes Sidewalk/Tree/Reverse Frontage
