Neighborhood & Developer Meetings

The information is provided here as a courtesy. Neighborhood/developer meetings are required to be held by developers before they submit certain land use applications. These meetings provide a forum for the developer, area Citizen Involvement Organizations (CIOs), and nearby property owners to informally discuss a proposed development before a land use application is submitted. City staff do not schedule or attend these meetings.
